Games people play.
Not games people forget.
Most games get downloaded, played once, and deleted. We build the ones that keep player coming back. Ocean's game development team handles everything from concept art and 3D modeling to Unity builds and live ops, for studios and companies who take gaming seriously.
Six things that separate a game that ships from a game that stalls.
Game projects fall apart for predictable reasons. Unclear scope, art that never locks, builds that break every week. Here's how we make sure yours doesn't end up in that pile.
Art and code under one roof
Concept artists, 3D modelers, animators, and engineers on the same team. No outsourcing the art to one studio and the code to another. Everything stays aligned because everyone's in the same room.
Playable builds, not just progress reports
You get a working build you can actually play at the end of every sprint. Not a slide deck. Not a video. A build on your device that you can tap, test, and react to while there's still time to change things.
Performance that holds on real devices
Frame rates, load times, memory usage. We optimize for the phones and hardware your players actually own, not the dev machine sitting on our desk.
Scope honesty before you spend the budget
If your feature list needs three times your timeline, you'll hear it in the first call. We'd rather help you cut to a strong core experience than deliver a bloated game that tries to do everything and does nothing well.
Built for what happens after launch
Live ops, seasonal content, analytics, monetization hooks. We build the infrastructure for ongoing updates from the start so you're not retrofitting it six weeks after release.
You own the game. All of it.
Code, assets, design docs, engine project files. Yours from day one. No licensing, no lock-in. If you want to move the project in-house tomorrow, everything you need is already in your hands.
Not all games are the same project. Here's where we go deep.
Whether you're building a casual mobile game or a full 3D title with multiplayer, the team, the tools, and the timeline look different. We know the difference.
Mobile games
Casual, hyper-casual, and mid-core games built for iOS and Android. From early prototyping to soft launch to global release. We handle gameplay, UI, monetization design, and the store submission process. Most mobile titles go from concept to soft launch in three to four months.
Learn moreFour phases. You play the build at every one.
Game development has a way of going sideways when the client only sees the final product. Our process is designed so you're playing, testing, and reacting at every stage. Not watching from the sidelines.
Concept & pre-production
We lock the game idea before anyone opens Unity. Genre, platform, target audience, core loop, art direction, and a scope that fits your budget. You leave this phase with a game design document, an art style guide, and a production plan you can actually hold us to.
Tools we've shipped games with. Not tools we've demoed once.
Every engine, tool, and pipeline here has been through a production game with us. We pick what gets the job done for your platform, your genre, and your team size. Not what's trending on game dev Twitter.

Games aren't just entertainment anymore. We build them for industries that use play to solve real problems.
From training simulations to fan engagement to gamified health apps, we've built interactive experiences across sectors where games do more than entertain. They teach, they retain, and they convert.
Healthcare & Wellness
Therapeutic games, rehabilitation exercises, and gamified health tracking. We build experiences that keep patients engaged with their recovery when willpower alone isn't enough.
Sports & Fitness
Fantasy sports platforms, fitness challenges, and sports simulation games. Built for the engagement spikes that come with live seasons, tournaments, and real-world events.
Media & Entertainment
Interactive storytelling, branded games, and companion experiences for media properties. Games that extend an audience's time with a brand beyond the screen they started on.
Education & Training
Learning games, corporate training simulations, and skill-building platforms where gameplay makes the content stick. People remember what they do. We build the doing part.
Automotive & Simulation
Driving simulators, vehicle configurators, and interactive experiences for automotive brands that want customers to feel the product before they see it in person.
Pure Gaming
Casual, mid-core, and hardcore titles built to compete in the app stores and on Steam. Original IP, work-for-hire, or co-development. This is where we started and it's still where we're strongest.
What good actually looks like when you're working with a game dev studio.
Good art. Clean code. Honest timelines. These should be standard in game development. In practice they're not. Here's what we do to make sure they are on every project we take on.
Art and engineering in the same team.
We don't outsource the art to one country and the code to another. Concept artists, 3D modelers, animators, and Unity engineers all sit together. That's how you avoid the "looks great in renders, breaks in-engine" problem that kills game projects.
You play the game before you pay for the game.
Playable builds at the end of every sprint. Not screenshots, not videos, not a slideshow of concept art. A build on your device. If something feels off, you catch it while it's still cheap to fix.
Scope honesty from day one.
If your game idea needs eighteen months but your budget covers six, you'll hear that in the first conversation. We'd rather help you find the right core experience than quietly cut features until what ships barely resembles what you imagined.
You own the game. Everything in it.
Code, assets, project files, design documents. All yours from the first commit. No licensing clauses, no "we keep the source art" surprises. When the project wraps, you walk away with a complete, portable game you can take anywhere.
Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Still have one? The form at the top of this page goes straight to someone who can actually answer it.
Mobile games (casual, hyper-casual, mid-core), PC and console titles, gamified apps, and interactive experiences. We handle everything in-house: game design, art, animation, development, and live ops. We don't take on reskins or asset flips.
Yes. Most of our game clients are US-based or European. We have an office in California and our Noida studio runs on overlapping hours. The distance is there. Our production process is built so it doesn't slow anything down.
Yes. Not every project is a full game build. Some clients come to us for concept art, 3D asset production, or a playable prototype to test a mechanic. We scope those the same way we scope full builds: carefully.
One business day. You'll hear from someone on our game team who's actually worked on projects like yours. Not a sales rep reading from a script.
You tell us about the game. Genre, platform, where you are with it, what you need. We tell you how we'd approach it and whether we're the right team. About thirty minutes, no deck, no pitch. Just a straight conversation.
A hyper-casual title can ship in six to eight weeks. A mid-core mobile game is usually three to five months long. Larger PC or console projects take longer depending on scope. We'll give you an honest timeline after we understand what you're building, not a number to get you to sign.
